Install this small utility blogger backup and give your URL or Blogger-id and password now its shows complete list of posts in your blog and select a option and format one file per post or All post in a single file and select a limit of post and then click backup post .

Note :- The Files are Saved In xml so you want to restore posts just Cick restore post or open a specific xml file and find <content type="html"> tag then copy a text from < content type......... > to </content> and paste it in your new post editor box by clicking edit HTML(near compose button).
